Rolling diameter of 1977 RA23/28: 621mm
Wheel track for RA23/28: front 1350mm, rear 1310mm.
Standard offset of wheels: +26mm.
This is very handy to know if you want to keep your car legal, especally if you live in Queensland.
Queensland R.T.A. state in the car modification laws that you can only change the " rolling diameter" of you standard tyre size to 15mm larger or 26mm smaller.
They also state that you are not allowed to change the front or rear wheel track either. The wheel track is measured from the centre of you left tyre to the centre of your right tyre.
This is easily maintained by using correct offset wheels.
And "YES" spacers are illegal.

Fuel sender ohms for 1977 RA28
From my research I have found it impossible to find replacement or an aftermarket fuel sender for my celica.
Here are the ohms reading for full, half, and empty so that if you can find a guage reconditioner, they can rebuild it for you.
Quoted about $150.00
Full: 110 ohms
Half: 33.5 ohms
Empty: 3 ohms

Replacement Rubber seals
When going through the rebuild of my RA28, I have found it is impossible to get replacement rubbers for the sealing edge of the rear 1/4 windows( from body to window frame) and the drivers and passengers window to body rubbers.
I have tried all the aftermarket suppliers and even Toyota genuine parts and these rubbers are just no longer available, but all other rubbers are still available and you can even get a full RA23 replacement rubber kit from ebay.

Replacement brake pads for RA23/28
I've done a few different searches and could not find the info so I'll post it up for those who need it:
Part number for stock RA28/23 front brake calipers is "DB170W", it is the same as the RA40 front brakes. The Bendix catalogue only lists the TA22 then skips to the RA40, it makes no mention of the RA23/28!
